Kim’s 12 years of experience as owner of the Courtesy Auto Group in Orlando and 4 years serving as VP of Operations with Autonation in harmony with his many years of experience for purchasing and selling residential and commercial real estate totally over 350 million dollars allows Kim to excel at every level real estate transactions.
Natalia brings solid 20 years of experience in engineering, marketing and production to the team. Educated in Moscow Aviation Institute with a M.S. in electrical engineering, Natalia started her career working in Russian defense industry as design engineer. In parallel with that Natalia was instrumental in several successful publishing and marketing ventures. Natalia’s success is based on her ability to take on a challenge and deliver professional service with a strong sense of integrity. She believes that the sale of a property is the function of its positioning, branding and marketing, while the purchase of a property is based on its location, quality of construction, and price.
